GARDEINIA

Good Afternoon Everyone

I know this is like a broken record, but, hello from a very Rainy Kendal, I hope
all the people down south are all safe, as I know there are more weather warnings for that area.

Today I have a card using two of my favourite things at the moment
Tattered Lace Dies and an image from Mitzi Sato-Wiuff at
Aurora Winds available from here
The Tattered Lace Dies I have used are

Florentine Fancy Edge set 2
Ornate Leaves Dies
Image used is

coloured with Copic pens and Promarkers

All card used is from
Everything else is from my crafty stash.

I think I might have gone over the top a little !! with this one,
would like your honest opinion.

ORCHID FAIRY

Good Morning Folks

I hope you are all keeping fit and well and if you are not
please accept a big hug from me.

What a busy day I had yesterday not only was the new
Jemsdesign CD Love Hearts showcased on Create & Craft, to rave reviews, I must add,
so well done my wonderful creative friend Sheenagh Hulin you did an amazing job
with the designing of this CD.

I was also trying to get my craft room back to a workable area, must say though it looks
great now all clean and tidy, how long do you think that will last, once I start cutting my
favourite Tattered Lace Dies not long I think, as they come out so easily the bits go everywhere.

I did manage to make a card, will all the work in the craft room was going on, working between
2 bedrooms ( where all my stuff was dumped!) and trying not to mess up either room.

I have used a digi image from
AuroraWings
all the image are design by
The background was cut using my Cameo, then inked using a mask and then embossed using
The dotty embossing folder.
I then cut 4 Chantily Diamond corner from
the image Orchid Fairy was coloured using promarkers and the little dots are
Crystal pva from Cosmic shimmer.
I hope you like my card

Tattered Lace Carriage

Good Morning Folks
My craft room is now empty it took me all yesterday
to clear it, but, 2 of my bedrooms ( and they are not small) are full to
bursting with all my stuff, I cannot understand that as the craft room is
only about 8' by 8' !!! do you think I might have too much crafty stuff?
nooo that cannot be true, can it?

For my card  today I have used more of my new
Tattered Lace Dies available from

Lace Carriage, Florentine Heart and Florentine Bow.
The Carriage has been embossed with Wow silver powder and a little
Fran' tage on the doors The Florentine Bow was cut using
mirri card, but, I am not too sure about this, I might change it for a lighter colour,,
what do you think?

The  Papermill Direct card I have used is
Silver pearlised card and white linen.

Thanks for calling
Hugs

Baby Boy

Good Morning All

Well, the tube in my Ott lite has finally given up and died, it has been flickering for a while.
I have sent for another one but when it will arrive I have no idea, and as it is
so dark at the moment I will not be able to do much crafting so have taken this
opportunity to clear out my craft room completely as I have had a carpet sat in the shed
waiting to be put  down  for quite, a while so it is going to get painted as well, I have got some of
the light reflecting paint,  hopefully, that will help brighten up the room.

I have made a few cards to put on my blog for coming days.
Todays card is a Baby Boys card, which I promised I would make a few days ago.

As will most of my cards at the moment I have used my new
Tattered Lace Dies available from
http://www.crafting.co.uk/index.php/
Dies used are
The Pram........ obviously!!
The Teddy from Her Cuties Embellishments
and
Florentine Over the Edge  Set 2

and of course I have used
In Sky Blue and White Linen.
Thank you for visiting

Bella Rose

Hi All

A quick post from me today, I am late putting this card
on my blog.
I just received a new Heartfelt Creations Rubber Stamp
BELLA ROSE, today it is the first of their stamps I have,
and it is gorgeous.
I stamped and embossed it then used Tim Holtz Distressed Inks to
water colour the image.

I also received all the
Tattered Lace Dies I ordered ( and there were a lot!!)

I cut and glittered the Florentine Fancy Edge Set 1 also
the Straight edged die from Set 2
Matted and layed Papermill Direct Natural White Pearlised card and
a very pale pink Pearlised card, ( cannot remember the name I have had it quite a while).
Embossing the first layer with a folder I received with my Ebosser
Layered the Fancy Edge die cuts  the middle die cut over some pink ribbon.
Then I got greedy and made a bow using the Touch of Lace Bow and then the layered the
Florentine bow on top.
The sentiment is also from Tattered Lace which was stamped and embossed.
The flowers and gems from my stash. I also cut and glittered a couple of Flourishes from
the Florentine Flourish collection and used them instead of leaves.

Thank you for Visiting.
Hugs

Baby Card

Hi All

It has been a lovely day here in Kendal,  and my fingers seem to be moving
freely again and I have also been crafting,  so everything is wonderful and
finally all the decorating is done ( well apart from my craft room and the
thought of clearing it out is well you all know how that feels)

The card I made today is for my hairdresser who is expecting a baby  very soon,
I don't know if it is going to be a girl or boy, so, I am making one of each card, then I will be ready.

This one, as you realise is for a baby girl, and guess what, I have used my favourite
Tattered Lace Dies this time the pram die.

Will be back later in the week with the baby boys card, ( if I don't get the urge to make
something else in the meantime.)

thank you for visiting
Hugs

ps I also made a box for a card I made last week, thought you might like to see
it, this was cut on my Cameo from a cut file from Tina Fallon.

All card used is from Papermill Direct
I think I have a thing about their Raspberry Pink card at the moment
third card/box I have made using this colour lol!!

This box worked really well and was so easy

And you guessed it !! More Tattered Lace

Good Afternoon All

Well, it has finally stopped raining thank goodness for that, I hope the
floods that are raging through out the Country will soon subside, then it will be
the long job of cleaning up, we have been so lucky.

This card is for my friends Birthday and of course I have used
Tattered Lace Dies  Daisy Flourish, Ornate Leaves and Ornamental Rectangle
   PapermillDirect Card  in Raspberry Pink
Cosmic Shimmer     Gilding wax a light dusting of Enchanted gold ( but it does not show up
on the photo)
PVA Glue in Olympic Gold
Polished silk glitter...   Sea Green
Mica Flakes...  Tarnished Bronze
(I die cut the leaves on which I put adhesive paper then put Polished silk glitter on and a
little of the mica flakes )
Crafters Companion 8"x8" embossing folder ....Flower Power
I coloured the image with promarkers, and I did think it looked more
pink than it does now, I used
Mulberry, Tropical Orchid, Blossom, Moss, Pear Green, Apple Cider,
Mustard, Gold and Sunflower.
The base card and layers were cut using my Cameo.

Thank you for visiting

More Tattered Lace

Afternoon Folks

From a very dismal and wet Kendal, are we ever going to be daylight again?

I am back today with another Tattered Lace Die card.
This time I have used dies from the Oriental set
made using Papermill Direct card in Black Buckram and white linen card
with a little silver mirri for the embellishments and the back layer of the
Lady just off set to give it more depth, but it does not show up much on the photo.

Hope you like this one
Hugs

(I once again apologise for the quality of the photos I will be using a
different camera in future.)

Playing with my new Tattered Lace Dies

Good Afternoon All
Wow what a horrible wet and cold day it is

I hope you have all recovered from your New Year Celebrations
Today I have been playing with some new  Tattered Lace Dies
I received for Christmas
.
I APOLOGIS IN ADVANCE FOR THIS LONG BLOG
as I have made 2 cards .

Everyone who has used them says how easy they are to get out
of the dies and they really are,  and they cut so well using my other
new toy an Ebosser.  I have been so busy doing DT samples over the
past few weeks I have not been able to use them until this week.

For my 1 st. card  I have used the Tattered Lace Cycle from the His and Hers collection
and I have also had a go at making my own background ( all because I was watching
a recording of Julia Watts from Creative Expressions this morning )
I do need more practise though)
I used Tattered Lace stamps and embossed them on the bottom of the first layer
a mask I cut out using the Cameo to randomly  ink through with Distressed inks
I then embossed the top half using an embossing fold from Spellbinders
I also used a spellbinder die for the circle behind the Cycle.

The 2nd card  uses the Tattered Lace Sawing Machine and all the other gorgeous bits that come with it, Scissors, Thimble, bobbin and safety pin. But, I do need
to find another way of making a table as the legs look a  little  wobble!

The background papers all embellishments & sentiment where from
https://www.e-scapeandscrap.net/boutique/ and created using Serif CA 2 &MCS.
However, as there is no day light my photos are not good.

Thank you for taking the trouble to visit my blog and wade through
this longer than normal blog.
Hugs
